As a new client of Crystal Lake Wellness, you\u2019ll be able to create your account on headway.co. Just make sure to look for two different emails in your inbox: one from PracticeQ (the electronic medical record) and also one from Headway (insurance processor). For Headway, you\u2019ll just have to make sure to put in my name, \u201cLaura Rheault\u201d under the Service Provider name. You\u2019ll also be asked for your contact info, insurance info, and request to sign the HIPAA consent form. This is how your insurance will be billed. \nCommunication is so important! As for communication with me, you\u2019ll also get an invitation from me via SpruceHealth.
