first steps

As a new client of Crystal Lake Wellness, you’ll be able to create your account on headway.co. Just make sure to look for two different emails in your inbox: one from PracticeQ (the electronic medical record) and also one from Headway (insurance processor). For Headway, you’ll just have to make sure to put in my name, “Laura Rheault” under the Service Provider name. You’ll also be asked for your contact info, insurance info, and request to sign the HIPAA consent form. This is how your insurance will be billed. Communication is so important! As for communication with me, you’ll also get an invitation from me via SpruceHealth. You can email, fax, and even text me through SpruceHealth.
